Duties & Responsibilities
Teachdidactic lectures, clinical courses, and labs as needed.

Provide clinical supervision.

Assessstudent assignments and grade student performance.

Mentorand advise students.

Developcurriculum and programs.

Participatein faculty governance including serving on Departmental, College, and/or Universitycommittees.

Maintainan ongoing record of scholarly productivity including publications ininternationally recognized journals; and

Fosterand participate in collaborative, interdisciplinary research teams in theCollege, QU Health Sector and across the University.

1for psychiatric and mental health nursing specialty.

1for community health nursing specialty.

1for adult and critical care nursing specialty.

Qualifications
A master's in nursing from a university ranked among the top 500 in the TimesHigher Education rankings.

Specialtycertification is preferred.

Activeregistered nurse license from home country or country of residency.

Eligibilityfor an educator license from Qatar's Department of Healthcare Professions(DHP), and to be obtained within six months of hiring.

Aminimum of 3 years clinical experience as a registered nurse.

Aminimum of 1 year of experience teaching in an undergraduate nursing program.

Experience with competency-basedcurriculum.

Experiencewith next generation NCLEX-RN exam is preferred.

Evidenceof clinical experience and or teaching experience in the area of specialty.

Evidenceof research productivity in the area of specialization is preferred.
