What you'll do
Support the SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, Sustainability, Quality, and Systems) Team for the High Growth region in Dubai.

Collaborate with diverse Henkel teams across the region and globally.

Manage SHEQ reporting for sites by communicating report requirements, monitoring submission deadlines, conducting data analysis, validating reports, preparing summaries, and following up on actions.

Coordinate SHEQ events, workshops, regional connects, training sessions/calls, CoE meetings, recordings, and Q&A sessions.

Manage document sharing and exchange between global, regional, and local teams, ensuring proper record-keeping in regional SharePoints.

Oversee corporate and SHEQ standards training activities in the region, including self-assessment development, local training execution, follow-ups, and managing local team feedback and Q&A.
What makes you a good fit

Engineering background, preferably Industrial or Chemical engineer

Relevant experience in the field of Safety, Health & Environment, Sustainability and GMP is a plus
Clear in all communication methods

Good presentation and interpersonal skills
Team player

Analytically strong, good in deep diving the data and having perspective

Very good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Fluent in English, any other language is plus
