Role Purpose:
Manage strategic projects in alignment with business requirements and strategic actions. Additionally align and organize the annual departmental projects with the overall corporate strategy as well as overall Operations strategy including the IT resource management as part of the strategy.
Key Accountabilities:
1- Project Management;
Establish and maintain project management standards and best practices.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and governance frameworks.
Allocate resources across projects efficiently, monitoring utilization and adjusting as needed.
Track project performance against established metrics and implement performance improvement initiatives.
Utilize Agile practices, including iterative development and continuous integration, to enhance project delivery.
Deliver projects on time and within budget, while ensuring adherence to company methodologies and standards.
Stakeholder Management;
Engage stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring transparency.
Manage stakeholder relationships, incorporating their feedback into project plans.
Conduct regular meetings to update stakeholders and gather input.
Skills
Analytical skills to understand business requirements and translate them into project needs.
Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and software development life cycles (Agile, RUP, Waterfall).
Expertise in project management tools like Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and software development projects.
Ability to create business cases and perform cost estimation.
Communication skills for stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution.
Familiarity with system engineering, cybersecurity guidelines, and architecture standards.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certificate.
ITIL, SAFe Agilist, or Scrum Master Certification (preferred).
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering or related
