Job Purpose
To relationship manage HNW accounts in assigned region to achieve the financial & service levels targets.
To liaise with the department head accordingly to market & serve the HNW segment.
To provide Account Holder feedback to line manager for consideration.
To drive overall customer origination of New to Bank & New to Product customers within assigned region. Grow segment accounts base and increase forward/backward cross-sell suite of applicable products – Investments, liabilities, assets etc.
To profile customers & market applicable investment products & liaise with Investment Dept. for HNWI who require advisory services.
To liaise with relevant departments to ensure best practice overall for Account holder experience & development of product suite.
To be directly responsible for relationship management of selected / assigned HNW account holder within the segment.
Work closely with C&IB, credit & remedial to ensure that financial objectives of business segment are met.

Job Context
The job holder would need to support Manager-Business Development to achieve overall financial numbers within assigned region and opening opportunities for the distribution network.
Education
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree related to a business field such as accounting or economics
Experience and Skills
Bachelor’s degree related to a business field such as Accounting, Commerce and Economics.
Knowledge of retail banking products, Treasury, Trade Finance, Money markets and UAE market knowledge is preferable.
3 years’ experience in similar job.
Good in English. (Writing & Reading)
Ability to manage procurement process and negotiate effectively.
Ability to work with multiple teams.
