Key Responsibilities :
• HR Strategy Development: Develop and implement HR strategies that support our business goals and objectives
• Employee Relations: Address employee demands, grievances, or other issues in a fair and timely manner
• Recruitment Management: Oversee the r ecruitment and selection process to ensure we attract top talent
• Human Capital Development: Support business growth through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
• HR Systems and Procedures: Develop and monitor overall HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
• Nurturing a Positive Work Environment: Foster a positive working environment that encourages collaboration and productivity
• Performance Appraisal System: Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Compensation and Benefits: Maintain pay plan and benefits program to ensure competitive compensation and rewards
• Training and Development: Assess training needs and apply and monitor training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Decision Support: Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analysis
