PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Contact and follow-up on qualified clients for new opportunities.
Grow and maximize revenue potential by promoting products & services.
Plan and monitor sales forecasting, planning, budgeting and after sales activities with clients.
Building comprehensive client’s database and managing CRM process
Identify customer leads and improvement opportunities for sales process
Monitor Sales performance by generating business analytics reports
Identify and develop sales opportunities to capitalize on investment and capitalize on prospects
Prepare timely and accurate reports to meet the requirements, objectives and standards of the Department and the company
Market research and benchmarking with international service providers in order to ensure quality and efficiency (i.e. Pricing, value proposition, enhancements, poetical products).
Manage different stakeholder’s expectations regarding potential services in an effort to guarantee their buy-in
Deliver sales targets and improve products financial performance.
Key Accountabilities:
Carry out daily operations assigned for the department to comply with the company’s standards.
Prepare timely and accurate department reports to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards of the company and the department.
Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers to address their needs in a courteous and timely manner.
Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.
Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.
Maintain a good and respectful relationship with other colleagues and represent the company in a good image.
Job Requirements:
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education and Certifications
Bachelor Degree in Financial, Business, Administration Management or similar is required, Master Degree is preferred.
Knowledge and Experience
6 + years of experience in financial services experience
Skills Required:
Knowledge in Financial markets.
Analytical & Numerical set of skills.
Presentation skills.
Interpersonal skills.
Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office
Experience in a client facing position
Professional qualification in sales preferred
Proven record of accomplishment of handling similar role.
