Ensure work is performed based on approved policies, processes, procedures and instructions
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account leading practices, cost reduction and productivity improvement
Ensure day-to-day activities are properly performed in line with policies and procedures
Follow-up on escalated cases/issues of subordinates to ensure they are closed efficiently and in a timely manner
Perform internal capabilities assessment to determine gaps and areas for improvement
Understand market forces, trends and the business strategy, and identify their impact on the HR strategy and priorities required to execute the business strategy
Roll out HR strategy, policies and procedures, and oversee implementation across Dallah to ensure standardization
Establish periodical reporting framework and tools to measure HR operations’ compliance with pre-set strategy, policies, and procedures
Roll out HR manual and code of conduct and ensure alignment with national laws and regulations
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure organization-wide awareness on HR policies and procedures
Set HR performance metrics to monitor the effectiveness of the HR business model and recommend improvement actions, if needed
Review consolidated reports reflecting HR operations to ensure compliance with pre-set standards, regulations, and policies
Recommend needed action plans in cases of non-conformities
Coordinate with Digital and Technology (HO) to set up, update, and maintain HR information system
Oversee HRIS and ensure compliance with pre-set requirements
Oversee analytical reports generated by HRIS and leverage outputs to recommend updates in HR strategy, plans, and / or governance components
Optimize resources and ensure team is efficient and provide recommendations for improvement
Contribute to employee performance management, and provide formal and informal feedback to support professional development and maximize performance
Requirements:
5+ years of relevant experience with 3+ years in a managerial role
A Bachelor’s in Human Resources is required
A Master’s in Human Resources is preferred
