What you'll deliver
•You’ll be responsible to manage smooth and efficient functioning of all inventory operations at DXB/ DWC Airports and responsible for a team of Storekeepers and Associate Storekeepers to execute Warehouse Management processes, to ensure efficient and effective operations of warehouses.
•You’ll ensure governance over warehouse operations in line with relevant legal framework and regulatory adhering to the HSE requirements
•You’ll provide strategic direction and instructions for the responsible Airport (DXB or DWC) Warehouse to fulfilment teams to ensure efficient and effective operations of warehouses.
•You’ll manage resource (manpower) plan and oversee shift patterns managed by the direct reports including hours booking and staff holidays management.
•You’ll continuously seek to improve business processes and support, where required, successful execution of DA Corporate Services Enablement Programme.
What you bring
•You’ll hold a degree in Business, Engineering, Finance or related field
•You’ll have at least 8 years of experience in warehouse environment, with minimum 3 years’ experience in managing warehouses
•You’ll have previous experience in ERP Systems (preferably Oracle), MRP System, WIMS (warehouse information management systems) and advance excel
•You’ll have knowledge in inventory models, forecasting methods, and inventory control procedures. You’ll also have thorough knowledge in inventory/accounting relationships.
