WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
•HC Coordinator will be responsible to create, raise & amend APs for all categories within Home Care BU across all countries, channels & customers in Arabia.
•He/she will ensure the funds uploaded in the system are within forecasted budget, then will create APs in the system as per the forecast, ensure raised APs are approved by the respective stakeholders, and will maintain an AP tracker with the details.
•This person will also be responsible for creating “Sales Deals” & will share the summary of the sales deals with the countries on monthly basis.
•HC Coordinator will amend the APs post actualization of the spends.
•Lastly, he/she will update BCO codes whenever there are changes in SAP codes or launches of innovations.
Experiences & Qualifications:
1-2 years
IT or Business Degree
Sales Analyst, data Entry, data crunching, sales coordinator
