We are seeking a passionate and professional Customer Service Executive to join our leading Sports & Fitness Club in Dubai & Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in providing exceptional customer support and experienced in Padel.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding support and service to customers, ensuring a positive experience.
Assist in managing customer inquiries and resolving concerns.
Maintain a strong understanding of the club’s offerings and promotions.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Fitness and Sports industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasing personality.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
