To manage and oversee the operations of staff accommodations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high living standards, and support employee well-being through efficient housing management.

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee day-to-day operations of employee accommodations across multiple locations
-Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of all accommodation facilities
-Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams for timely issue resolution
-Manage accommodation assignments, check-ins/outs, and occupancy records
-Ensure compliance with health, safety, and UAE labor regulations
-Act as the main point of contact for employee housing concerns

Requirements:

-Proven experience in managing staff accommodations or similar roles within the UAE
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
-Ability to handle multiple sites and a diverse workforce
-Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure
