Nair Systems is currently looking IBM BPM Consultant for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with IBM BPM or IBM Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Experience with IBM BPM v8.x or higher.
• Knowledge of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and process modeling.
• Strong experience with Java, JavaScript, and web technologies (HTML, CSS).
• Understanding of web services (SOAP/REST) and integration methods.
• Familiarity with database management (SQL, DB2, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications in IBM BPM or other related technologies.
• Experience: Proven experience with IBM data mining tools, specifically IBM SPSS Modeler, and other IBM analytics products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop process applications using IBM BPM Suite.
• Collaborate with business analysts to gather functional requirements and design efficient workflows.
• Develop custom user interfaces and integrate them with backend services.
• Implement business rules, tasks, and workflows within IBM BPM.
• Create and optimize reports and dashboards for monitoring business processes.
• Ensure process applications are scalable, efficient, and meet performance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the application and performance.
• Perform testing, debugging, and performance tuning for BPM applications.
• Support deployments and manage change requests in the production environment.
• Continuously enhance the application by integrating new features and tools.
• Provide technical support to end-users and assist in training.
• Model Development: Design, build, and validate predictive models using IBM SPSS Modeler and other relevant IBM data mining tools.
• Analysis and Insights: Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Generate actionable insights to influence business strategies.
• Reporting and Visualization: Communicate results clearly through reports, visualizations, and presentations. Present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand business objectives and data needs.
• Research & Development: Stay updated with the latest trends in data science and IBM analytics tools to implement best practices in data mining and predictive modeling.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in data mining techniques such as classification, regression, clustering, association analysis, and time series forecasting.
• Familiarity with big data platforms and tools like Hadoop, Spark, or similar is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze and interpret large datasets, identify key patterns, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with an attention to detail and an analytical mindset.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
