Position: Female Fitness Coach (Group Classes & Personal Training)

Job Description:

Tribus is a premier fitness hub in the heart of Riyadh, dedicated to creating an inspiring training
environment. We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Fitness Coach to lead group classes
and provide high-quality personal training services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and effective group fitness classes.
• Provide one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to clients’ needs.
• Assist in client retention and community building.
• Maintain a positive and motivating gym atmosphere.
• Stay updated with fitness trends and best practices.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

• Working Hours: 8 hours per day
• Workdays: 5 or 6 days per week
• Annual Leave: 22 days of paid vacation

Compensation:

• Base Salary: 7,500 - 8,500 SAR (~€1,875 - €2,125) per month
• Personal Training Commission: 20% per session (Potential earnings: 5,000
- 10,000+ SAR per month, approximately €1,250 - €2,500 per month, depending
on the number of PT sessions)
