Responsibilities:
Negotiate, draft and advise on agreements with Middle East and North Africa (MENA) customers, partners, and government entities across various sectors.
Work with cross-functional teams, including legal counterparts in other regions to stay informed about and advise on legal and regulatory developments affecting our MENA Cloud business.
Collaborate with Sales teams to provide timely and effective legal advice on customer and partner agreement.
Serve as the cloud legal Go-to-Market point of contact for cloud business and product leads in MENA.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience working in government, in-house, or at a law firm.
Experience in negotiating, drafting, and advising customers and partners on commercial agreement, including multi-jurisdictional transactions.
Ability to communicate in English and Arabic fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and service models.
Ability to grow and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
