Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment processes including screening, scheduling, and onboarding
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Coordinate employee attendance, leave management, and payroll support
Prepare HR-related reports, memos, and letters
Support the implementation of company policies and procedures
Respond to employee inquiries and coordinate with other departments as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3 years of experience in an HR support or coordinator role
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS/ERP systems is an advantage
