Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative duties such as documentation, filing, and scheduling
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations
Maintain office supplies and manage inventory
Assist in preparing reports, memos, and correspondence
Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communication
Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
2–4 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
