Location: Hamriyah Sharjah, UAE
What You’ll Do:
– Ensure proper documentation and logging of incoming and outgoing materials.
– Verify material quantities with supporting documents and capture photographic evidence for future reference.
– Create warehouse check-in reports for all shipments.
– Generate Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and maintain records for all received materials.
– Circulate check-in reports, GRNs, and related documents to relevant departments.
– Safely store all hard copy documents in designated locations.
– Ensure all material transactions are authorized with signatures.
– Monitor and reconcile purchase requests, purchase orders, and invoices for accuracy.
– Assist in implementing store controls and support operational objectives.
– Report to the line manager.
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
– Can maintain focus for extended periods.
– Has proficient typing and data entry skills.
– Possesses strong proofreading abilities.
– Demonstrates good English and computer skills (MS Office).
– Exhibits effective interpersonal and communication skills.
– Is a team player with a positive attitude and high efficiency.
– Preferably has experience in data entry and office clerical work.
– Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
– Requires a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
– Holds a diploma in any discipline; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
