We are seeking a Junior Sommelier with a passion for wine and guest service. The role involves assisting the Head Sommelier in wine service, cellar management, and enhancing the guest dining experience through wine knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in presenting and serving wines to guests
Support in managing wine inventory and cellar organization
Recommend wine pairings based on menu items and guest preferences
Maintain high service standards and product knowledge
Stay updated on wine trends and attend regular training
Requirements:
Previous experience in F&B or wine service (luxury dining preferred)
Basic wine knowledge
Excellent communication and guest interaction skills
