Store Keeper
Job Location : Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, incoming and outgoing stock, and daily transactions.
• Supervise the receiving, storage, and dispatching of materials and products.
• Ensure the store area is well-organized, clean, and safe.
• Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Monitor and report stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Work closely with procurement and project teams to ensure timely material supply.
• Enforce company policies regarding stock handling, storage, and documentation.
• Prepare stock reports for management as required.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in storekeeping or inventory control, preferably in the industrial or construction sector.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
• Basic knowledge of safety standards and procedures in warehouse operations.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and organizing materials when needed.
• Must be locally available in Saudi Arabia for transfer.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Jubail.
