Key Responsibilities:
Support recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and ensure HR systems are up to date
Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration
Support performance management and training initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
