Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines.
• Content Creation: Design engaging and relevant content for digital platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• SEO/SEM Optimization: Optimize the company website and online content for search engines to improve visibility and rankings.
• Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of marketing initiatives and suggest improvements.
• Paid Advertising: Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and other paid advertising strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
• Social Media Management: Oversee the company's presence on social media platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and interaction with followers.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tools to keep the company's strategies innovative.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the professional services sector.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, AdWords, and marketing automation software.
• Strong understanding of SEO/SEM strategies and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
• Certifications: Google Ads or similar certifications are a plus.
