Summary:

As the Marketing Manager for our gym fitness chains, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention across multiple brands under our umbrella. Working closely with the head office team and club managers, you will lead marketing campaigns, analyse market trends, and develop creative strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the fitness industry.

Qualification
• Bachelor and/or Master’s Degree in Marketing / Communication.
• Additional Management qualification will be a plus.
• Certificate in Digital Marketing / e-Marketing is desirable.

Experience
• Minimum 3 + year experience in a Managerial / Head role managing entire gamut of Marketing functions within a corporate wellness / Fitness / Hospitality / Customer Care industry of repute, within GCC Countries is required.
• Proven ability to manage team of 3 or more people.
• Inspirational team leadership & coaching/development mind set;
• Combination of analytical and creative skills.

Job skills & knowledge:
• Managerial skills in Digital Marketing / e-Marketing / offline marketing techniques is a must.
• Enhanced oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal, negotiation, leadership skills along with knowledge of organising events, promotions campaigns are a prerequisite.
• Sound understanding of marketing principles within Fitness industry is prerequisite.
• Profitable events management, successful people management and delivering captivating campaigns (digital media) are desirable.
