Sales Manager - Real Estate
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• To Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to enhance team performance and professionalism
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships
• Stay updated on market trends, industry regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
• Uphold company standards and values while promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
Requirements:
• 8-10 years experience in real estate sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Must have UAE real estate Brokerage experience
• Must be fluent in English, fluency in a second language is advantageous
• Must have UAE driving license and own car
• Must have atleast 2 years experience in real estate in a Managerial Level (Sales Manager Or Director)
• Preference will be given to those who are eligible to work in UAE i.e having their own UAE work permit
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in real estate
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team building, training and motivation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Creating, maintaining and presenting reports about agents to the management
• Proficiency in real estate software and CRM tools, Microsoft Suite etc
• Must have atleast Bachelor's Degree
• Excellent in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Dynamic 365 and other CRM ERP system
• RERA certification is a plus
