Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee day-to-day fit-out activities and ensure timely execution
– Supervise site teams including carpenters, painters, electricians, and subcontractors
– Ensure work is performed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards
– Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment on site
– Enforce health and safety regulations on site
– Report daily progress to the Site Engineer or Project Manager
Requirements:
– Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out and finishing
– Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, and construction details
– Ability to read drawings and layout plans
– Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
