Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (International Sales) to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the events industry, a proven track record in handling international markets , and a strategic mindset for expanding business opportunities across diverse geographies.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets, with a strong focus on the UK & Dubai Region .
Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate and grow client bases in target territories.
Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the events industry, driving revenue and profitability.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for growth.
Event Solutions Development:

Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver innovative event solutions that meet client needs.
Provide insights on client preferences to optimize event offerings.
Reporting and Analytics:

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline management, and market insights.
Use data to track KPIs, forecast revenue, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing, operations, and project management teams to align business development efforts with organizational goals.
