About the Role:
We are urgently seeking a highly Project Director - VP/General Manager/Manager (EPC Business) to join our team for a school building project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Have strong Contract Management skills and experience of Contract in managing Commercial Building, Highway, and High-Rise projects in Saudi Arabian
• Identify new business opportunities and develop business in EPC sector like Roads, Highways, Bridges, Water, Railway, Commercial & Residential Building etc.
• Generate business either directly from clients as the main contractor or through strategic partnerships as a subcontractor.
• Experience Strong Civil cost estimator specifically focused on pre-bid activities for building projects for Civil, Arch & STR with Fit-out Activities.
• Exertis in Review BOQ, Tender drawings, specification, special & general conditions which have to be verified all together, in coordinating with all trades including MEP.
• Establish the company as a preferred partner by showcasing its capabilities in delivering quality EPC projects.
• Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Perform comprehensive market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Proven track record of success in business development within the construction industry, with a focus on the Saudi Arabian market.
• Negotiate and close contracts with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
