1. JOB SUMMARY
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of project site supply chain
in terms of manpower, equipment’s and machineries. This role ensures smooth and efficient resources
for the site operation, manage inventory and maintain accurate records.
2. RESPONSIBILITIES
§ Manage and coordinate daily site supply chain activities, including manpower allocation,
equipment deployment, and machinery utilization.
§ Monitor site resource requirements and ensure timely availability to avoid project delays.
§ Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storage, issuance, and reconciliation of
materials and supplies.
§ Liaise with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
§ Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards at the
project site.
§ Coordinate with site supervisors and project managers to align supply chain activities with
project timelines.
§ QUALIFICATIONS
§ Bachelor’s degree or a related field.
§ 5+ years of experience in logistics coordination within the construction industry.
§ Strong understanding of coordination, and procurement processes.
§ Experience in working with subcontractors, suppliers, and Site Team.
§ Proficiency in MS Office
