Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled “Media Buyer” to plan, negotiate, and purchase advertising space across digital and traditional media channels. The ideal candidate will optimize ad spend to maximize ROI, analyze campaign performance, and ensure ads reach the target audience effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Media Planning & Purchasing:
- Research and identify the best media channels (digital, TV, radio, print, OOH, etc.) for ad placements.
- Negotiate and secure cost-effective advertising space with media vendors, agencies, and platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic DSPs, etc.).
- Manage ad budgets and allocate spending efficiently across campaigns.
Campaign Execution & Optimization:
- Launch, monitor, and optimize digital ad campaigns (PPC, social media, display, video, native ads).
- Adjust bids, targeting, and creatives based on real-time performance data.
- A/B test ad variations to improve CTR, conversions, and ROI.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Analyze campaign metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, CPA, ROAS) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and DSP dashboards.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights for improvement.
- Ensure campaigns meet KPIs and align with marketing goals.
Collaboration & Strategy:
- Work closely with creative teams, media planners, and marketing managers to align ads with brand messaging.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor strategies.
- Recommend new media buying opportunities to enhance reach and engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 3 years in media buying, digital advertising, or performance marketing.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic DSPs).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Excel, or data visualization tools.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and budget management.
- Ability to multitask and optimize campaigns under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or programmatic advertising.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
