Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all Quantity Surveying works related to the Contracts and Legal Department, ensuring accurate cost control, commercial management, and compliance with contractual agreements.
• Manage and oversee all disputed cases, working closely with legal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and protect the company's interests.
• Collaborate with the project team to obtain all necessary information and documentation regarding contractual and commercial matters.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and contract terms.
• Identify potential risks related to cost, timelines, and contractual obligations, providing mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and manage change orders, ensuring they are properly documented, assessed, and resolved in accordance with the contract.
• Provide regular updates to senior management regarding the financial status of contracts, including any disputes or challenges.
• Offer expert advice and support in resolving disputes, including preparing documentation and evidence for claims, arbitration, or litigation.
• Ensure all contracts and commercial activities comply with relevant legal standards, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• 10+ years of relevant work experience
