Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust and scalable ODOO-based solutions.
• Integrate ODOO with other systems and technologies to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
• Optimize ODOO performance, security, and user experience to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ODOO-related issues.
• Document development processes, configurations, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and end-users, to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ODOO trends, technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve our solutions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ODOO development and customization.
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript, and other ODOO-specific programming languages and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of ODOO architecture, modules, and database management.
• Expertise in developing custom modules, workflows, and integrations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug ODOO-related issues.
• Experience in project management and leading development teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
