Job Details :

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• 15 years of professional experience in construction, hotel/resort design, with large development projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong technical and project management knowledge.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and knowledge of Revit.
• Ability to perform space planning and develop area schedules during initial phases.
• Strong design skills with knowledge of sustainable building design.
• Advanced knowledge of building systems, sustainability, integrated design, and LEED guidelines.
• Understanding of QA/QC processes, building codes, and research skills for technical documentation.
• Knowledge of hotel operations; interior design experience is a plus.
