Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing ingredients for tempura (vegetables, seafood, batter).
Execute frying techniques to ensure crisp, light, and golden tempura.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tempura station.
Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Support daily mise en place and assist during service.
Requirements:
Basic culinary knowledge and knife skills.
Understanding of Japanese cuisine is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and follow kitchen procedures.
