Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly and ensure smooth check-in/check-out
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
Maintain guest profiles and preferences for future stays
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable with a friendly and positive attitude
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Experience with PMS systems (e.g., Opera) is preferred
