Official Tasks:

1. Develop quarterly and annual sales plans in coordination with management.
2. Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, including achieved figures and comparisons against set goals.
3. Ensure compliance with sales contracts, including schedules, prices, and terms.
4. Provide accurate client quotes and follow up on negotiations.
5. Prepare maintenance and operational schedules for all leased and owned equipment.
6. Submit monthly operational reports to management, detailing equipment performance and condition.
7. Manage the operational budget and ensure efficient resource utilization.
8. Coordinate with suppliers and leasing companies to ensure business continuity.
Practical Tasks:
1. Conduct field visits to current and potential customers.
2. Identify new sales opportunities based on client and market needs.
3. Enhance customer relationships by offering personalized support and promptly responding to inquiries and complaints.
4. Work with the technical team to ensure leased and owned equipment meets client requirements.
5. Oversee all daily activities related to equipment operations.
6. Monitor lease agreements for rented equipment and ensure compliance with terms.
7. Collaborate with the field team to ensure smooth equipment operation and minimize downtime.
8. Optimize equipment processes by identifying training needs for staff and proposing new equipment solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales coordination or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in sales tracking and reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• With driver’s license
• Transferrable Iqama

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the heavy equipment rental or a related to Manlift
• Familiarity with the Manlift rental market, Manlift specifications
• Understanding of Manlift technical specifications
