We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sous Chef with a background in hot kitchen operations within a café or casual dining environment. The ideal candidate will assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensure food quality and hygiene standards, and lead the team during busy hours.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in the same or similar role
Fluent in English (reading and writing)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Positive attitude and open-minded approach
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Preference: Candidates with prior experience in café or casual dining kitchens
