General Manager
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead all aspects of the pre-opening process, including recruitment, training, vendor management, and inventory control.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize profitability and efficiency.
• Oversee daily operations of both the restaurant and nightclub, ensuring consistently high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and government agencies.
• Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Create and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Manage entertainment bookings, including DJs, performers, and dancers.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and legal regulations.
• Manage VIP guest relations and ensure a premium experience.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.
Requirements :
• Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-end restaurant environment, with a demonstrable track record of success.
• Extensive experience in pre-opening management of luxury hospitality establishments.
• Deep understanding of the lifestyle restaurant and VIP nightlife sectors.
• Significant experience in entertainment management, specifically with DJs, performers, and dancers.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate large teams.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• European work experience and experience within the GCC region are essential.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are advantageous.
