We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie with experience in 4 or 5-star hotels within Oman or the GCC. The role involves managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring food quality, and supervising junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present dishes to high standards
Oversee a specific kitchen section (e.g., grill, sauce, pastry)
Maintain hygiene and safety standards
Train and supervise Commis and Demi Chef staff
Ensure consistency and timely preparation during service
Requirements:
Experience in 4 or 5-star hotel kitchens
Strong knowledge of international and regional cuisines
Fluency in English
Ability to work under pressure and lead a small team
