– Handle shipment tracking, client queries & complaints
– Coordinate with warehouse, delivery teams & international partners
– Maintain service quality and client satisfaction
– Manage customs documents & delivery follow-ups

What We’re Looking For:
– Strong communication & problem-solving skills
– Prior experience in courier/logistics in UAE
– Knowledge of shipping software & documentation
– Immediate joiners preferred
