Site Engineer (Interior Fitout)
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Job Description :
• Oversee all on-site activities related to interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to maintain seamless project flow.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in strict accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Implement and maintain rigorous site safety procedures and protocols, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Manage on-site documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and quality control records.
• Lead and manage on-site teams effectively, motivating and guiding team members to achieve project goals.
Job Details :
• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in interior fit-out site execution.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and teams simultaneously.
• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
