Job Summary:

The Sales Executive - HORECA will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients within the Hotel, Restaurant, Caf?/Catering sector in Saudi Arabia. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of the HORECA market, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Sales and Business Development
* Find and reach out to hotels, restaurants, cafes, and caterers.
* Create and use sales plans to hit and beat sales goals.
* Track sales, analyze results, and report to management.
- Client Relationship Management:
* Keep good, lasting relationships with important customers.
* Give excellent service and help to customers.
* Quickly answer questions and fix any problems.
* Learn what customers want and give them what they need.
* Ask customers how we can improve.
- Market Knowledge and Analysis:
* Know what's new in the HORECA market.
* Find new ways to get more business.
* Tell management what customers need and what's happening in the market
- Product Knowledge:
* Learn everything about our products.
* Clearly explain why our products are good for customers.
- Compliance:
* Follow all company rules and local food safety laws.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, specifically within the HORECA sector in Saudi Arabia. ?
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian HORECA market and customer preferences.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ?
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- Valid Saudi Arabian driver's license.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations within Saudi Arabia.
