Admin Duties:
Maintain vehicle service history, insurance, and renewal records
Arrange periodic servicing, repairs, and inspections
Manage AMC contracts (cleaning, A/C, pest control, etc.)
Oversee camp facility renewals, utilities, and maintenance
Act as the bridge between staff, suppliers, and internal departments
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in, Business Admin, or related field
2–4 years of relevant admin experience in UAE/GCC
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office and record-keeping
UAE driving license preferred
