Logistics Manager
Job Location : UAE
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage the overall logistics operations.
• Prepare the schedule of supply chain & raw materials delivery as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients for materials collection & dealing with different client’s warehouses.
• Coordinate with clients for materials RN (Return Note) New & Dismantled.
• Manage client inventory & provide the details to clients/project team.
• Coordinate with all suppliers for goods receiving & schedule pickups and drivers.
• Proper checking of all goods as per LPO & invoice.
• Check the purchased materials' quality & brand.
• Support procurement & provide goods specifications, quality & actual description as per project requirements before preparing the LPO.
• Check goods rates & availability as per quotation.
• Coordinate with suppliers for assets & tools repairing.
• Coordinate with all project management for daily materials movement.
• Plan & assign logistics trucks on a daily basis & coordinate with drivers.
• Manage multiple warehouses in different regions.
• Maintain proper check and balance of stock inventory on a weekly and daily basis.
• Conduct monthly physical stock checks.
• Check the inventories file of all warehouses using SAP.
• Manage the company's assets inventory.
• Ensure staff clearance from stores.
• Provide inventory reports to finance & project department.
• Be responsible for all assets & tools.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience working with SAP.
• Master's degree/certification in Supply Chain Management.
• Demonstrated vendor management experience in warehousing and transportation across inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
