Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of restaurant staff.
Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
Greet and seat guests, managing reservations and waitlist.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Monitor staff performance and provide training or coaching as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory and stock levels for the restaurant.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to optimize service delivery.
Qualifications:
Fluency in Arabic is required.
Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
