Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment processes, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Handle employee queries and support HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate administrative tasks such as office supplies, facilities management, and documentation.
Prepare reports on HR metrics and activities.
Support payroll and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR and administrative roles.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of UAE employment laws.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Ability to handle confidential information.
