💼 Your Mission
As Director Business Development, you will be the driving force behind our commercial success in MENA. From identifying high-value opportunities to closing major deals you’ll own and execute the regional growth roadmap—with a key focus on the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
🔑Key Responsibilities:-
★Develop and lead the go-to-market and growth strategy for MENA, aligned with global leadership and regional nuances.
★Identify and secure high-impact partnerships with developers, institutional investors, government stakeholders and ecosystem leaders.
★Create market-entry plans and deal pipelines that generate long-term revenue and market share.
★Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, product, marketing, legal) to tailor offerings for local relevance and scalability.
★Manage the full business development lifecycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing.
★Serve as the local face of the brand, representing the company at industry events, forums and in high-level negotiations.
★Provide market intelligence and insights to inform global decision-making and innovation.
🧠Who You Are:-
★7–10 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships
enterprise sales, preferably within Real Estate Portals/ Marketplaces, real estate, investment or B2B SaaS.
★Proven track record in market expansion, deal structuring and cultivating executive-level client relationships.
★Strong understanding of the MENA business environment and regulatory landscape, particularly in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
★Sharp commercial acumen, consultative selling skills and a growth-driven, entrepreneurial mind-set.
★Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a major plus.
★Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Business, Real Estate or related field.
