Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Monitor Contractor Performance: Oversee contractors to ensure adherence to project schedules, plans, and specifications.

Scope and Contract Negotiations: Lead negotiations for changes to the scope of work with clients and key subcontractors.

Project Meetings: Establish and lead weekly status meetings to assess progress and identify action items.

Additional Duties: Perform other tasks aligned with the objectives of the project and the organization as assigned.

Required Expertise and Experience:
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical/business field.

Experience:

Minimum of 15 years of relevant construction phase experience.

At least 5 years of hands-on project management experience on comparable projects.

Technical and Business Acumen: Broad knowledge of construction methodologies, project delivery processes, and business operations.

Professional Registration: Licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) or similar may be required, depending on project scope or location.

Client Interface Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interface with clients and stakeholders.

Hands-On Management: Must enjoy direct involvement in project execution and problem-solving.
