We are a fast-growing real estate company looking for a Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. You’ll be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, following up on inquiries, and booking viewings for our property consultants.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential buyers, investors, and tenants

Promote current property listings and services in a compelling manner

Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team

Maintain CRM systems and update call records and feedback

Follow up with leads and provide excellent after-sales communication

Meet daily and monthly performance targets

Requirements
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)

Minimum 1 year telesales or customer service experience; real estate background preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confident phone manner and objection-handling ability

Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven

Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
