Senior Digital Marketing Strategist

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that focuses on brand building, audience engagement, and performance across the GCC.
• Lead and guide the Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Social Media Manager, ensuring their work aligns with overarching marketing goals.
• Oversee and evaluate the performance of external marketing and creative agencies, ensuring efficient ROI and consistency with the brand vision.
• Drive content strategy and audience growth across key digital platforms in collaboration with the Social Media Manager.
• Partner closely with the CMO to ensure digital initiatives are aligned with broader business and brand objectives.
• Monitor digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and platform developments to maintain a competitive edge.
• Own and manage digital campaign budgets, ensuring the balance of cost-effectiveness with high performance.
• Create and implement tracking frameworks, dashboards, and reports to measure the success of campaigns.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to direct reports, including conducting performance reviews and establishing growth pathways.
• Foster a digital-first mindset within the organization, promoting innovation and proactive marketing strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Mandatory FMCG experience with a strong background in brand-building and large-scale consumer marketing.
• Proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing high-impact digital campaigns.
• In-depth expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, performance marketing, and social media strategy.
• Hands-on experience with agency collaboration, content creation, and data analytics.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills with a focus on leadership and results.
• Data-driven with excellent project management and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work full-time onsite at the Sharjah office.
