Key Responsibilities:

Support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
Assist in supervising and motivating staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Ensure adherence to company policies, health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Assist in inventory management, stock control, and procurement processes.
Handle customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
Support cash handling and financial transactions with accuracy.
Help achieve sales and profitability targets.
Contribute to creating a positive work environment and team development.
Assist in operational reporting and administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a restaurant setting.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
