Key Responsibilities:
Support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
Assist in supervising and motivating staff to deliver excellent customer service.

Assist in inventory management, stock control, and procurement processes.
Handle customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
Support cash handling and financial transactions with accuracy.

Assist in operational reporting and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a restaurant setting.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
