I ) RIGGER Level I ( Aramco Certification )
2 )) Rigger Level ll ( certified )

The Rigger is responsible for preparing and setting up heavy loads to be lifted and moved using cranes, hoists, and other equipment. The role ensures all lifting operations are conducted safely and in compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and company procedures. Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and select rigging gear such as cables, pulleys, shackles, and slings to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Set up and dismantle rigging equipment and ensure proper balance and secure lifting points.
• Communicate with crane operators and signal them using hand or radio signals.
• Read and interpret load charts, blueprints, and lifting plans.
• Calculate load weights and ensure the lifting plan is within crane capacity.
• Ensure all lifting operations adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.
• Perform daily inspections of lifting equipment and report any damages or wear.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other team members on-site.
• Follow all site rules, PPE requirements, and health & safety regulations. • High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Rigger (e.g., OSHA, NCCCO, or local authority certification).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in rigging or lifting operations in industrial or construction environments.
• Familiar with rigging hand signals and communication protocols.
• Ability to calculate load weight, center of gravity, and rigging configurations.
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor/harsh environments. Working Conditions
• Work may require standing for long periods, lifting heavy equipment, and working at heights.
• Exposure to construction site hazards and outdoor weather conditions.
• Shift-based or rotational schedule may be required depending on the project.

III ) OPERATION COORDINATOR

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily operational activities, ensuring seamless coordination between departments, monitoring workflow, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the company’s services. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and in compliance with company standards.
Coordinate day-to-day operational activities across departments and teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor the progress of ongoing projects and ensure timely execution.
• Maintain communication between departments, vendors, and clients to ensure alignment.
• Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and records related to operations.
• Assist in managing logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Support the Operations Manager in strategic planning and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Assist in resolving operational issues as they arise. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2-4 years) in an operational or coordination role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in logistics, equipment rental, industrial services, or a similar field.
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
